The Buckquarter Creek/Holden's Mill figure-eight loop takes you through a lush level forest and then up over a ridge and through a powerline easement before turning back along the river, where the banks are rocky and sometimes steep. The fallen logs on the river at the top of the page are just beyond the creek at the center of the figure-eight if you're heading back to the trailhead at Fews Ford. |
